Server Assistants – Join our Service Team!

Position Type: Part Time, Seasonal (mid-May to mid-October)

Salary Range: $18 - $20 per hour

We're looking for dedicated Server Assistants to help elevate the dining experience at our beautiful facility. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our members and their guests enjoy their meals in a seamless and memorable setting. What You'll Do:

Table Preparation & Cleaning: Set and clean dining room tables before, during, and after meal service. Help reset tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
Food Service: Deliver trays of food to guests, ensuring all side plates, flatware, and condiments are properly set at the table. Assist Servers with the timely and courteous delivery of food.
Support Servers & Bartenders: Provide necessary assistance to Servers and Bartenders, helping to maintain smooth service and a positive guest experience.
Bus & Reset Tables: Clear dirty table settings, carry bussing trays to the kitchen, and reset all service ware as prescribed to prepare for the next guests.
Station Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and stock of your station, including silverware, linen, condiments, and other essential dining materials.
Buffet Setup & Breakdown: Assist in the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of buffet stations during service.
Guest Interaction: Greet guests and members in a pleasant and professional manner. Provide beverage refills and assist with requests during service.

Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift and carry trays and service items, and move efficiently throughout the dining areas.
Previous Experience: Prior experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred, but not required. A strong willingness to learn and assist others is essential.
