As a Houseman, you'll be an essential part of ensuring our Clubhouse remains in pristine condition, supporting our Food & Beverage team with event setups, and assisting with various maintenance tasks to keep the Club running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain Clubhouse Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize restrooms, hallways, public areas, dormitories, and storage spaces to meet the Club's high standards.
- Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with the preparation and breakdown of event spaces, moving furniture, setting up beverage stations, and ensuring all items are in place for a successful event.
- Support Event Operations: During events, work closely with Servers, the Culinary team, and Bartenders to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Inventory Management: Restock supplies, receive deliveries, and maintain an organized inventory system.
- Light Maintenance Tasks: Perform basic repairs, painting, and carpentry to ensure the Clubhouse remains in top shape.
- Safety First: Follow safety guidelines when handling cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to effectively interact with team members and guests, ensuring smooth operations.
- Willingness to Learn & Adapt: Open to learning new tasks and adapting to the needs of the Club.
- Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Ability to identify areas needing attention and take initiative to address them.
- Team Player: Work well with others, offering assistance when needed and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
- Dependable & Punctual: A reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in their work.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
